They defined the IT Architecture and Technical Strategy, helped us to assess vendors, pulled together a delivery plan, and then built our MVP - a cross platform, cloud hosted mobile application with a web based administration platform. Post MVP the NorthLink Digital team assisted in our search and recruitment of a full time CTO and diligently handed over the platform to our new internal team. …just wanted to extend my thanks for the work that you and NorthLink Digital put into making … our Data Privacy platform … a success… The 12 month that you contributed (back to March 2020) has helped us transform what was (essentially) a manual/paper-based/wet-signature process into an automated/streamline/digital one.

Of particular note here was the ‘challenging’ business stakeholder environment which you/team worked alongside (more so because [the platform] is a single-instance, global system). From this you were able to understand a complex graph data model, build REST APIs (both ways) and help develop a digital front end/UI to allow interaction in a business friendly way. Not forgetting the documentary aspect and knowledge transfer to the team taking over - all appreciated.
