Providing opportunities for local young people to gain work experience

Over the past three months, we’ve been providing Middlesbrough College student, Ryan Preston, with two days of work experience a week whilst he continues studying his second year of Application and Web Development.
Ryan is now almost halfway through the 45 days he must spend in industry as part of his T-Level course. Working closely with the team at Bradbourne Digital, Ryan has been learning the basics of Javascript and is now building his own website using modern libraries, frameworks and databases including React, GatsbyJS and Firebase.
As a Middlesbrough-based company, we work closely with local education providers to give young people an insight into the world of work and highlight the fantastic career opportunities right here on Teesside.
