Recruitment is the single biggest challenge to the continued growth of NorthLink Digital. To face this challenge head on, I’ve decided to hire an internal tech recruiter rather than relying on referrals and recruitment agencies. Alex Bailey has joined us as our head of recruitment, with an initial focus on bringing in senior web developers. He also has a wider mandate to strengthen our relationships with local colleges and universities and also raise our brand profile in the region.

Alex has joined NorthLink Digital as our Head of Recruitment based out of our Tees Valley office.

Alex has an Honours Degree in Law from Leeds Beckett University - he has recruited across a range of technical and engineering disciplines.

Very happy to get back into our Tees Valley office for the first time in almost 4 months. We're not rushing back - working from home is working very well for us - but with a few minor modifications the office is now safely available again for those who would like to use it.
